Kinora continuously evolves and may add, remove, or modify features at any time.

3. No Medical Advice

Kinora is not a medical service.

The information generated by Kinora is intended solely for educational and fitness purposes.

Kinora does not provide:

medical advice
diagnosis
treatment
rehabilitation
physical therapy
emergency services

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise program, particularly if you:

have existing medical conditions
are pregnant
have cardiovascular disease
experience pain during exercise
are recovering from surgery
have physical limitations

If you experience dizziness, chest pain, difficulty breathing, severe discomfort, or any medical emergency while exercising, stop immediately and seek professional medical attention.

4. AI-Generated Recommendations

Workout recommendations are generated using artificial intelligence.

Although Kinora includes multiple validation mechanisms designed to improve workout quality and safety, AI systems can make mistakes.

You acknowledge that:

recommendations may not always be accurate
recommendations may not fit your individual circumstances
you remain solely responsible for deciding whether to perform any exercise

Never perform an exercise that causes unusual pain or appears unsafe for your physical condition.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

provide accurate information
keep your account secure
update relevant health information when appropriate
exercise within your own physical ability
use proper equipment safely
discontinue exercises that cause pain
comply with applicable laws

You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account.

6. Assumption of Risk

Physical exercise carries inherent risks including, but not limited to:

muscle soreness
strains
sprains
falls
overexertion
injury
illness
permanent disability
death

By using Kinora, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in physical activity.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kinora, its founders, employees, affiliates, licensors, and partners shall not be liable for:

personal injury
illness
property damage
lost profits
business interruption
indirect damages
incidental damages
consequential damages
special damages

arising from or relating to your use of the Service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Kinora during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or USD $100 if no payment has been made.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of the information you submit, including:

workout logs
messages
progress updates
feedback
profile information

You grant Kinora a worldwide, non-exclusive license to process and use this information solely for:

providing the Service
improving personalization

discontinue services

without liability.

13. Privacy

By using Kinora, you acknowledge that your information will be processed as described in the Privacy Policy.

14. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time.
